E-mail your clip winners to toddphoto@aol.com, at a maximum dimension of 7 inches at 72dpi. Saved at a JPEG compression of 'High' in Photoshop by the 10th day after being notified.

Write caption info in the info field in Photoshop.
Name your photos as follows: Category, Placing, Month, Year, and Photo Number.
Categories are abbreviated as 2 letter symbols:
Spot news = SN
General news = GN
Sports = SP
Features multiple = FM
Features single = FS
Illustration = ILAll dates are 2 numbers for month and for year. Example March, 2001 = 0301.

If you are submitting multiple photos in a category add an extra letter to the end of the the final name indicating the order you wish your work to be shown. a, b, c, d, ect.

Example 1:
If you took 1st place in features multiple for March in 2001 with a 3 picture package your photos would be saved as:
fm1st0301a.jpg
fm1st0301b.jpg
fm1st0301c.jpg

Example 2: If you just took 3rd place in Spot News for May 2001 your photo would be saved as:
sn3rd0501.jpg
